Personal Information/hobbies/family:

Dr. McBride graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1985, and has been in private practice in Beaverton ever since. He was born and raised in Beaverton. He is an active member of St. Cecilia Church in Beaverton and Jesuit High School Alumni Association. Dr. McBride enjoys all outdoor activities.  Dr. McBride and his wife Cheryl, have been married for 32 years.  They have 3 children, Meggan, Trevor and Garrett, and 1 granddaughter.

 

Barbara Cruz - Front Office Team Leader

Barbara has over 10 years in the optical and medical billing field. She joined McBride Vision Clinic in 2001. She is our Front Office Team Leader, and has knowledge and understanding with all aspects of office.  She is usually the first to greet you when you arrive and last person to say thank you as you leave. 


 

Kelley Parish - Clinic Team Leader

Kelley has over 16 years in the optical field. She joined our office in 1993, while she was working on her degree as a licensed optican.  She has been an important part of our team.  Kelley is responsible for coordinating patient care and manages the business side of the practice.

Clark Ferry- Lab Technician/Optician

Clark has the most experience in the office. He has over 47 years in the optical industry.  He has been with us since 1997. He is a valuable asset to the whole office.  He is our master craftsman for our lab.


 

Carmen Salalila-  Ophthalmic Technician

Carmen is the newest member of our team.  She joined us in 2007.  She brings a delightful personality to our staff.  She was born and raised in Guam.  Carmen preforms all of the pre-test before they see Doctor McBride.  She is responisble for contact lens training and enjoys helping patients pick out their glasses.
