Dr. David McBride has been providing eye care to the Raleigh Hills community for over 30 years.

Dr. McBride received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon in 1981. He received his Doctor of Optometry in 1985 from Pacific University College of Optometry. Dr. McBride opened his practice in 1986. Dr. McBride is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oregon Optometric Physician Association. He received the Oregon Optometric Advocacy of the Year award in 2017. In 2021 he was named the Oregon Optometrist of the Year and the Great Western Council of Optometry Optometrist of the Year.
Dr. McBride’s professional interests include primary eye care, contact lenses, ocular disease, and refractive surgery co-management. His compassionate nature and dedication to his profession enable him to provide his patients with thorough and comprehensive eye health care.
As a native Oregonian, Dr. McBride enjoys all our outdoor activities: gardening, golfing, hiking, and rainy days at the beach. If you don’t catch him in the office, chances are you’ll spot him at the Timber and Thorns game or sipping wine at his favorite winery. He is also active with his church and supports his two favorite schools, St. Cecilia and Jesuit High School. As a neighborhood family eye doctor, Dr. McBride deeply values the importance of family. He, and his wife, Cheryl have been married for 44 years and have three children and seven grandchildren.

Dr. Chelsea Territo has a passion for providing quality eye care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Territo grew up in Bedford, Pennsylvania, just south of Pittsburgh. After getting her undergraduate degree in the area, she moved to the Pacific Northwest and immediately fell in love with her new home.

Dr. Territo grew up in Bedford, Pennsylvania, just south of Pittsburgh. After getting her undergraduate degree in the area, she moved to the Pacific Northwest and immediately fell in love with her new home.
Dr. Territo attended Pacific University College of Optometry and graduated in 2019. She knew from a young age she wanted to be an optometrist with multiple family members practicing in the field. Dr. Territo completed clinical rotations within ophthalmology, Indian Health Services, as well as providing eye care to our veterans at Lexington VAMC and active service members abroad at Stuttgart Army Base in Stuttgart, Germany.
She is passionate about providing care to all ages. She especially enjoys working with young patients and educating them on how corrective lenses can facilitate one's learning and growth. Her clinical interests lie in primary care optometry as well as the management and treatment of diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, and myopia management. She believes every patient is unique and special and deserves individualized treatment plans. While at Pacific University, Dr. Territo discovered her passion for humanitarian work. She additionally became a board member for AMIGOs, a nonprofit organization providing eye care services to underprivileged around the world. Dr. Territo has attended trips to both Cambodia and Belize helping thousands in restoring their sight.
In her free time, Dr. Territo enjoys exploring all that Oregon has to offer. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast: hiking, cycling, long-distance running, and cross-country skiing. Additionally, she enjoys playing classical piano, golfing, and competitive bowling.
